Android based smart phones accounted 69 percent to be shipped in Q4 2012

Again only 69 percent of Android based smart phones i.e. 216.5 million units were shipped, second was iOS based smart phones was 22 percent, third was Blackberry OS based smart phones was 3.5 percent shipped i.e. 7.6 million, others OS based smart phones were low in terms of percentage like Microsoft possess 2.4 percent, Nokia contains 1.5 percent & rest possess 1.4 percent respectively.

Next as per research conducted by Canalys, Samsung tops in tems of smart phones shipments i.e. 29 percent of all smart phones shipped i.e. 62.9 million in number.
