Philippines will be the first place to showcase Samsung Galaxy Mega phablet duo. On June 15,Mega 6.3 and the Mega 5.8 phones are expected to launch although the pricing is yet to be confirmed.

The Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3 features  720p HD Ready& 8 mm thick display. It also contains 1.7 GHz Dual-core processor with 1.5 GB RAM. Other main specs includes 8 megapixel rear camera, 1.9 megapixel front camera, 8GB inbuilt memory, Android 4.2 Jelly Bean and 3,200mAh battery.

The  Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8 possess a 5.8-inch qHD TFT display. 1.4 GHz dual-core processor is the powered point inside this handset. The battery capacity is 2,600mAh quite a unique spec in this low-mid-range phone. But this phone doesn’t feature LTE, since it contains all HSPA connectivity.

By the help of Pelican Imaging, a new 16-element lens camera will be introduced into smart phone by the Finnish handset manufacturer into their premium series of handsets i.e. the Lumia soon in the next year as per hint provided by the company.

The interesting feature of Pelican Camera is that it contains 16 individual lenses & when the shutter is pressed then the lens snaps all the pictures together & every pixels carry depth information.

This is quite similar to Lytro camera, where a photographer can alter the focus of the image or can have multiple image focus points, soon the image has been captured.

The company claims that the photographers can change the image background, scale any portion of the picture or add any new elements into the picture.

Chris Pickett the Pelican’s CEO quoted that he didn’t say the name of the testing manufacturers name, but it would seem unlikely that Nokia would pump money into a company only to see others reap the benefits.

Last at Mobile World Congress 2013 Acer has announced two pair of handsets & as per latest updates company is expanding its markets outside North America by launching products like liquid E2. The Liquid E2 smart phone is the successor of Liquid E1 which runs on quad-core processor & 4.5-inch qHD display.

Liquid C1 smartphone has already been announced in Thailand earlier this year which runs on  Intel’s Atom Z2420 chipset.

Mega is the new brand name given to the large dual-SIM smart phone reportedly to be launched by Samsung. ”Galaxy Mega” brand will feature two new phones with large displays as per news came from SamMobile.

GT-I9152 is the model number of the first phone which is better known as  Galaxy Mega 5.8 named because of its 5.8 inch screen size & its a Android based smart phone with dual-SIM features & in white color this flag ship smart phone will be available in the market in mid May.

Galaxy Mega 6.3 is the other name of the popular Mega series phone from Samsung with a model number GT-I9200. Again this phone is named after its 6.3 inches display like that of  Samsung Galaxy Note. This new phone will available both in white & black colors in mid June.

On March 14, 2013 Samsung Flagship smart phone Galaxy S IV has been launched. 1080×1920 pixels & 5-inch full HD screen were some of the interesting features present in this smart phone. In some regions this smart phone possess 1.6GHz Exynos octa-core processor & in other regions it features 1.9GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad-core processor. PowerVR SGX544MP3 triple-core GPU present along with 2 GB RAM.

The new flagship phone from Samsung named as Galaxy S IV which will feature chipset version one from U.S. & another for International one. Of which U.S. carrier version includes 1.8 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 possess LTE baseband modem to support 1800 MHz band.

Similarly, the international one consists of 1.9 GHz Exynos 5 Octa processor of Samsung’s own chipset production where no LTE baseband radio has been integrated, so it is quite doubtful that this international version of galaxy s iv will support 4G networks as per news confirmed by EE the famous UK carrier.

 As per last news obtained from Sony’s Official website there will be a new phone heading towards U.S. market i.e. Sony Xperia ZL (C6506). This phone will possess U.S. sim unlocked feature but the price still yet to reveal. But as per speculations this phone may hit next month in the market.

 Similarly for mobile enthusiats this phone will be available in three color variants like Black, Red & White. This is an LTE network supported model, so this phone supports LTE bands like Band I, Band II, Band IV, Band V and Band XVII.$759.99 is the price rumoured from the different smart phone users around the world.

Again we are still awaiting for the official confirmation of this latest handset from Sony.

Another rumour has been coming up from Apple’s armory that a smaller & cheaper version of smart phone to be soon launched in summer by the name given from the company iPhone Mini.

After having a formal meeting with Apple’s Chief Financial Officer Peter Oppenheimer, Katy Huberty points out some exciting reasons why Apple should introduced a cheaper smart phone.

As per Huberty Apple’s customer base is increasing by 50 percent with the help of iPad Mini sales across Chinal/Brazil which shows a total  new smart phone customer in the ecosystem.

Recently Chinese customers were not willing to purchase older version of smart phones & were much interested in the newer versions of Apple iPhone.

Apple is expanding their partnership with some world leading mobile carriers like NTT Docomo, T-Mobile, and China Mobile in Q2 2014.

Customers were these days interested to buy older versions of iPhone not going for new devices as described by Huberty.

Again more customers were interested to buy iPhone 4/iPhone 4S rather than iPhone 5.

Thats why company may change some features or appearance of iPad & already iPad Mini 2 will be showcase in the market with retina display & iPad 5 will be redesigned before it put its footsteps in to this tech market.

For Sony Mobiles its being a challenging year 2012, especially in terms of competition with Samsung, LG & Panasonic. Similarly even in the gamin segment also Sony is also facing tough competitions with Nintendo & Microsoft.1,948 billion Yen is the post sales product managed by the company & 46.4 billion Yen is the profit achieved by the company.

After parting away with Ericsson, Sony has fight back with some new array of smart phones like Xperial Sola et al,Xperia U,Xperioa Neo in 2012.

34 million units were the total shippment managed by Sony in the year 2012. 8.7 million is the number of shippment figure in the final quarter of 2012 which is slightly less than the shippment figures done in Q3 2012 i.e. 8.8 million units.

Almost  Sony hold a growth of 45 percent in the previous year i.e. 6 million devices were totally shipped.

Again from the critics the Japanese handset manufacturer named as Sony will be launching Xperia Z and Xperia ZL smartphones & the public responses were also quite encouraging.

In the tablet segment also Sony will be launching Xperia Z tablet soon in the spring season in Japan in this current year. But the price still not disclosed & this new product will be available in all key markets.
