The rent free plan gives you tariff rates of 1 paisa for 2 seconds for local calls and 5 paisa for 6 seconds for STD calls.

Local and STD SMS will be of 50 paisa per SMS and ISD will cost you RS. 5 per SMS. At roaming calls standard charges will be valid.

Tata Docomo has revised its RENT FREE POSTPAID PLAN in Karnataka which was introduced in the mid November last year.

At the time of launch of the plan in November 2011, the plan particulars were that If Usage >=Rs 500 on the net free airtime usage the subscriber was not charged any RENTAL.

If the free air time usage was=Rs 300 the subscriber was not charged any RENTAL. If the free airtime Usage was < = Rs. 499, the subscriber was Charged Rs. 149 as Rental.

But by observance subscriber usage and the market competition, the Tata Docomo GSM has revised its usage plan tariff from Rs. 500 to Rs. 300 under the fresh zero rental plan if the Free airtime Usage is > = Rs. 300 the subscriber will not be charged any RENTAL.

If the free airtime Usage is < = Rs. 299, the subscriber will be Charged Rs. 149 as Rental. Addition extra new freebies to it are the free 200 local and national sms/month, in the Old plan there was no free sms.
