A free roaming plan has been put forwarded by Vodafone to the mobile customers in Kerala who are frequently travelling towards the neighboring states like Tamil Nadu & Karnataka.

This plan can be regarded as operator’s first plan to make the incoming calls free while the customers from Kerala where on roaming, so they can rejoice the plan.

To enjoy the free roaming option Vodafone India has launched a 21 rs bonus card for Kerala’s customers when they are visit to states like Karnataka & Tamil Nadu, this card will make their incoming call free but their outgoing calls will be charged at 1.2 p/sec. 30 days is the estimated time for this tariff plan.

There is a simple activation procedure for this new tariff plan for Vodafone’s customer in Kerala i.e. by sending sms to “BONUS R21″ to 144.

One & only reason behind the introduction of such plan is to keep the Kerala’s customer hassle free since they move to this states like Tamil Nadu & Kerala for daily business purposes.

Recently all the telco operators has hiked their voice tariff as well as GPRS tariff like Airtel, Vodafone & Idea has reduced the 2G data tariff by Rs 98, Uninor has reduced  6GB to 3GB data & the price stands at Rs 90, Earlier Tata Docomo was providing 6GB data at STV 95 & right now the tariff has revised to 3GB for STV 98. Most notably Govt. based telco operator BSNL also reduced the 2G data usage from 2GB to 1.25GB at STV 98.

There were some major changes in this 2G data plans introduced by these telco operators.

1. For Rs 95-99, 650 MB in 21 days ( earlier it was 1 GB for 30 days).

2.For Rs 123-126, 1 GB in 30 days.

3. For Rs 145-149, 1.25 GB in 30 days, earlier it was  1.5GB or 30 days.

4. For Rs 198, 2 GB + Unlimited @ 40kbps for 30 days which was earlier priced at Rs 149.

Likewise 45 percent more data is being offered only by BSNL on home & roaming network.

New Super Value Added Pack has launched by Vodafone one of the second leading telco operator in India. The Value-Added Pack has been priced at Rs 29 only for Delh-NCR region.

Vodafone has named this pack as ‘’All in one VAS card’’. The reason behind such name is because it contains 8 recharge value added services like , Cricket, Love, Movie, Astrology, Stock, DidyouKnow (trivia pack), Mehfil-e-timepass. The validity period for this service is 30 days only. For activation users have to dial *121*4#. Another awesome offer users can avail like“Buy 1 Cappuccino and get another one free” offer at all Barista outlets.

Recently after such huge battles on spectrum the old telco operators like Airtel, Idea , Vodafone is ready to hike the sms tariff which is also followed by BSNL.

So these trio operators have pushed the sms tariff hike upto 400% & new sms tariff packs are available in Kerala circles. Soon in other circles the new sms plans will roll out.
